- Instructions for the English Equivalency Exam for Postgraduate Students:

- The student is not allowed to sit the exam unless he has a valid civil status card or passport, and the photo is good and up-to-date.

Students enter the examination hall 20 minutes before the appointed time. -

- No escorts are allowed and non-students are not allowed to enter the building where the exam is to be taken.

- All papers and other items related to the exam, headphones, electronic pens, etc. must be disposed of before entering the exam hall.

- All cellular devices must be switched off (completely switched off, not in-flight mode) and handed over to the exam proctor, and taken after the exam has been completed.

- Preventive measures are taken to inspect students before or during the examination session, in order to ensure the integrity and proper conduct of the examination.

- In an emergency, you must leave the exam hall and follow the evacuation instructions in the building.

- Exam results are valid for two years from the date the result is available.

- It is permissible to take the exam more than once.

- In the event of non-attendance at the specified time and place or violation of the examination instructions, the registration is considered cancelled. and If the student wants to take the exam again, he/she must pay a new fee.
