Functions of the Division:

· Surveying the training needs of faculty members and administrators.

· Prepare, evaluate and supervise training courses for faculty members and administrators.

· Spreading the culture of training and continuous development in the university.

· Establishing an integrated and binding system for training faculty and administrators and upgrading their skills and competencies.

· Implementing the training programs, lectures, courses and workshops necessary to develop the teaching and research performance of the faculty member, and assisting him to achieve maximum professional growth.

· Implementing the training programs, lectures, courses and workshops necessary to develop the administrative performance of the employees and assisting them to achieve the maximum levels of professional and administrative growth.

· Follow up the university website regularly and develop effective suggestions to improve the image of the website and accept it by visitors.
